ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — Howard County police arrested two women after officers say they broke up an illegal hookup service.Police said they began their investigation about a month ago after they received a tip.On Thursday, police raided the Sherwood Crossing apartment complex in Elkridge and said they found two female prostitutes and one male client. Nichole D. Gollubier, 36, of Bel Air, and Michelle Hyson, 35, of Rosedale, were charged with two counts each of general prostitution.
